Hi Diwa… Today I want to teach you something small that will probably protect your heart many times in life.
Ready? Here it is:
When someone’s words and actions don’t match… pay attention to the actions.

Or as grown-ups sometimes say: “Believe the behaviour.”
Now that doesn’t mean people have to be perfect all the time.
People forget things sometimes.
People make mistakes.
People get tired.
That’s normal.

But if someone keeps SAYING one thing while repeatedly DOING another… notice that.
For example: If someone says – “I’m your friend.” But they constantly make you feel left out, embarrassed, nervous, or small… pay attention to that.

If someone says: “I care about you.” But they only show up when they need something…
pay attention to that too. Because words are easy.

Honestly? Words are sometimes the cheapest thing people give away.
Behaviour is where truth usually lives. And one thing I hope you learn early in life is this:
Listen to patterns more than promises. Because people eventually show you who they are through repetition.
Not through speeches.
Not through excuses.
Not through dramatic apologies after doing the same thing fifty-seven times.

And trust me… people can SOUND very nice while still being unhealthy for you.
That’s why discernment matters. And no, this doesn’t mean becoming suspicious of everybody. Please don’t become one of those people who thinks everyone is secretly evil. That sounds exhausting.

What I want for you is balance. A soft heart… with awake eyes.
Kindness with discernment. Love with boundaries.

Because your heart is precious, Diwa. And I hope you learn to pay attention when someone’s behaviour keeps telling you something their words refuse to admit.
Anyway… that’s all for today.
And remember:
Patterns usually tell the truth faster than promises do.
Keep becoming.
I love you.
