The Project

Tiny Letters is a done-for-you emotional legacy service designed for busy professional mothers who want to leave personal letters for their children, but don’t have the time or space to write and preserve them themselves.

Behind the Funnel

The landing page was designed as the front end of a simple lead-generation and follow-up system, moving visitors from initial interest through enquiry and automated follow-up.

lead capture & workflow automation
workflow #1 – client-facing follow-up

When a prospect submits the Tiny Letters enquiry form, the submission triggers an automated confirmation email letting them know their enquiry has been received and that they will hear back shortly.

workflow #2 – internal lead management

New Lead → Pipeline → Follow-Up Task

A separate internal workflow manages the lead after submission. The contact is moved into the appropriate pipeline stage, tagged for tracking, and a follow-up task is created automatically.

The system creates a reminder for one structured follow-up if the prospect doesn’t respond, keeping the process organised and personal without relying on memory or manual tracking.

crm pipeline

Intake → Fit → Outreach → Onboarding → Invoice → Payment

Portfolio recreation of the original CRM structure. Recreated for demonstration purposes with no client data.

Together, these components create a simple end-to-end client journey: enquiries are captured through the landing page, contacts are automatically entered into the follow-up process, leads are organised within the CRM pipeline, and follow-up tasks are created so opportunities don’t get lost.

Tiny Letters wasn’t just a landing page. I built the supporting system around it so that an enquiry could move from initial interest through follow-up and client management in a structured way.

The goal was to automate the repetitive parts while keeping the important conversations personal.
